Halifax Airport Shuttle – Terms of Service

Welcome! You’re on your way to booking your door-to-door Halifax Airport Shuttle. Please read these terms to ensure a smooth experience.

Our shared shuttle typically includes 2–5 passengers travelling to or from flights with similar schedules. We always aim for minimal waiting, but shared shuttle users should expect up to 20 minutes of wait time while we pair passengers. Keep in mind that you may be the one arriving later, giving you little to no wait time yourself. Shared shuttles operate with the group in mind—if you prefer a direct, private experience with no waiting, please choose our Private Ride service.

All booking times must be entered using the 24-hour clock format. We follow the same standard as airports and do not use AM/PM.

Please note that excessive or oversized luggage may require booking a private vehicle. The included checked luggage limit per group is as follows:
1 passenger – 2 bags
2 passengers – 4 bags
3 passengers – 5 bags
4 passengers – 6 bags
5 passengers – 7 bags
6 passengers – 8 bags

All animals, including service animals, must be declared at the time of booking.

Children in Nova Scotia must travel in the appropriate safety seats as required by law.
Under one year old or under 10 kg must use a rear-facing seat.
Up to 18 kg (40 lb) requires a forward-facing seat.
A booster seat is required until the child reaches 145 cm (4’9”) or nine years of age.
Child seats may be available for rent; please inquire in advance.

Customers with accessibility needs may require a private vehicle, depending on the level of accommodation required.

We strive to keep our vehicles scent-free. Please avoid using strong fragrances before your ride.

Multiple addresses are included in the group booking price, provided they fall within our coverage area and make logistical sense. For example, a three-person booking cannot include drop-offs in Clayton Park, Dartmouth, and Downtown Halifax without an additional surcharge.

We assign drivers and finalize schedules approximately 12 hours before service. Last-minute shuttle requests must fit into the existing schedule, which may result in longer wait times or availability of only a private ride.

Note: Kindly check your Spam/Junk folder in case the confirmation message was filtered there.

Private Car & SUV services range in price from $50 - $100 depending on your address and needs.
