Lunenburg & Mahone Bay
A simple look at images online shows these towns as classic Nova Scotian fishing villages with warm-hearted residents and vivid, colourful houses that explain why they draw so many visitors. On closer inspection, you’ll find peaceful wooden wharves stretching along the shoreline, quaint little shops, and inviting cafés and restaurants serving fresh local seafood like lobster and chowder.
As a half-day trip, we’ll visit both towns, spending more time in Lunenburg. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to stroll along the waterfront, explore the shops, and enjoy a meal at a local eatery.
